Dopo una lunga e intensa stagione invernale ad insegnare sulle piste da sci avevo proprio voglia di mare!⛱ Martina già da tempo mi aveva coinvolto nell'organizzare la vacanza e il gruppetto si era formato, in 8 con Linda, Nicolò, Fabrizio, Ida, Enrico e Barbara. Peccato che a lei il caldo faccia schifo proprio e così ci siamo portati gli sci, ed i vestiti pesanti.⛷
Le bellissime spiagge sono innevate, come tutto il resto. Il pesce non è fresco, ma essiccato su grandi rastrelliere: stoccafissi in quantità infinita. Le case in legno sono mediamente piccole, spesso rosse, raggruppate ai porti e più sparse all'interno. La costa frastagliata dai fiordi e le mille isolette sono collegati da ponti e gallerie sotto il mare, un tempo molti posti si potevano raggiungere solo in barca. Le montagne si alzano dal mare imponenti anche se raramente raggiungono i 1500m.
Siamo partiti da Bodo con un pulmino chiodato e siamo arrivati ad Å, fermandoci qua e la per farci qualche sciata, spesso sulla neve che tutti gli scialpinisti vorrebbero. Una vacanza che non mi aspettavo, il gruppo affiatato, simpatico ed energico ha permesso di sfruttare le occasioni e godere di questo posto, il posto dell' aurora boreale, salmoni, renne, stoccafissi, alci, e pernici bianche, dove in un giorno ci possono essere 4 stagioni.
After a never ending winter season, ski teaching on the slopes, my dream was the sea!⛱ Martina involved me in organizing the holiday and the group was formed, in 8 with Linda, Nicolò, Fabrizio, Ida, Enrico and Barbara. Unfortunately she hate warm weather and so we brought skis, and heavy clothes.⛷
The beautiful beaches are covered with snow, like everything else. The fish is not fresh, but dried on large racks: stockfish in infinite quantities. The wooden houses are small, often red, grouped at ports and more scattered inside. The coastline with many fjords and the thousand islands are connected by bridges and tunnels under the sea, the mountains rise from the sea and rarely reach 1500m.
We started from Bodo with a bus and we arrived to A, stopping here and there to ski, often on the snow that all freeriders would like. A holiday that I did not expect, the perfect crew to enjoy this place, the place of northern lights, salmon, reindeer, stockfish, and elk, where in one day it can be 4 seasons.
